Nous sommes ravis de vous annoncer cette excellente nouvelle ! Après une prévente très réussie à La Bergerie, Châtel, nous sommes ravis d'annoncer que les travaux de construction ont officiellement commencé. Ce programme est situé sur l'un des plus grands sites du village et a impliqué l'acquisition de diverses parcelles de terrain, dont les bâtiments de l'hôtel La Bergerie.
Nos équipes commerciales et techniques ont travaillé sans relâche pour donner vie à ce projet, et nous sommes ravis de le voir se concrétiser pour nos précieux propriétaires. La Bergerie sera également la première résidence de Châtel (sans restriction de location) à proposer un espace bien-être privé exclusivement réservé aux propriétaires et à leurs invités. Ce projet marque également le partenariat mis en place entre EVEREST et SOGEPROM, filiale de la Société Générale qui unissent ainsi leurs compétences et savoirs-faire pour donner vie à nos projets Alpins.
Pour vous tenir informés de l'avancement des travaux, nous lancerons bientôt un espace propriétaires où des mises à jour régulières et des photos du chantier seront mises en ligne, vous permettant de suivre virtuellement le développement de votre nouvelle maison.

CONSTRUCTION HAS COMMENCED
LA BERGERIE, CHATEL
We are thrilled to share the exciting news! After a highly successful pre-sale at La Bergerie, Châtel, we are delighted to announce that construction has officially begun.
This program is set on one of the largest sites in the village and involved the acquisition of various parcels of land, including the La Bergerie hotel buildings.
Our commercial and technical teams have worked tirelessly to bring this project to life, and we are excited to see it come to fruition for our valued owners. La Bergerie will also be the first residence in Châtel (with no rental restrictions) to feature a private wellness area exclusively for owners and their guests.
This project also marks the partnership established between EVEREST and SOGEPROM, a subsidiary of Société Générale, which thus combines their skills and know-how to bring our Alpine projects to life.
To keep you informed of the progress, we will soon launch an owners' area where regular updates and photos of the construction site will be uploaded, allowing you to follow the development of your new home virtually.
